You are welcome to visit anytime during our operating hours (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM), but depending on facility conditions, the desired space may not be available for viewing.

Q. Is a reservation required for drop-in use?
No reservation is needed for drop-in use. Please come directly to the facility. For first-time users, you will need to complete a free membership registration upon entry. Once registered, you will receive coupons and event information for your next visit.
Q. Is membership registration mandatory?
Yes, it is mandatory. There is no registration fee, and the process takes about a minute to complete. Feel free to stop by when you come to Sakuragawa.
Q. Is it a non-smoking facility?
Yes. All seats are non-smoking, but we have a designated smoking area outside.
Q. Is eating and drinking allowed?
Yes, it is allowed. We provide water, coffee, and soft drinks, but you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. However, please refrain from bringing items that have a strong odor. (Bringing food into the café space is not permitted.)
Q. Is there a chance I won't be able to find a seat?
You have never been unable to find a seat. Please use our facility with confidence.
Q. Is the contract for one year?
The contract period can be renewed monthly, with options for 6 and 12-month plans. Please choose the plan that suits you. For more details, please refer to "Services and Pricing."
Is there a deadline for signing the contract?
Full payment is required prior to the usage date.

You can choose from credit card payments, cash, or bank transfers.
Q. Is there a printer available?
A printer is available in the annex. We are partnered with a printing company, so you can print various formats including Adobe files, and change printing paper types as needed. You can proceed with printing at the counter.
